My home away from home, this is my hobby and ever since I've been in the store I feel like family they are very helpful and educate me on all I ask when I have concerns. I highly recommend them. They also take there time to explain if you have questions witch I always do.😊

I had such a great experience at Neptunes Aquarium! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I was looking for supplies for my new puppy, and they took the time to walk me through different food options, toys, and even gave me tips on training and grooming.

What really stood out was how patient and kind they were—not just to me, but to every customer that came in. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and the people who love them. They even offered to special-order a product that wasn’t in stock.
Highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants personalized service and a team that truly goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Revisited and Purchased two crowns and gold torch. Gold torch is ok. I did not pick the fish. I let the guy pick two crowns. When I put them in the tank. One of them has skin infection. Both of them don't eat. Not healthy
The shop owner replaced them with the healthy crowns.
I suggest you visit the shop when the owner is there.
