National Water Purifiers

I was having a lot of problems with my water, e.g., chlorine smell, dry, scratchy skin and bad tasting water, so it was best to look for a water softener/filtration system. I'm happy I went with National Water Purifiers.

Javier has been very professional, and there was great communication from start to finish. All my questions and concerns were answered promptly (I had a lot of questions). Javier recommended me the system that was needed, and not something over the top that wasn't. There was also no pushy sales tactics. I was provided all the info needed to make a decision, without being pressured to do so.

Rene did a great job installing the outside system. Everything is working perfectly. A Reverse Osmosis system was also put in the kitchen, and my water has never tasted better. The overall price of everything was also very reasonable, compared to other companies. Very pleased with the whole process. THANK YOU!

Javier and his company was recommended by a friend who had his house done for a whole home water softener and filter, and I’m glad I went with this company for my house as well! Javier was prompt in responding, fair, upfront, and honest with the right solution and fair price, and on installation day, Rene did an awesome job! Since we were cutting the main water line anyways, I went ahead and added a smart valve and they were kind enough to install it for me. Would 100% recommend them for any softener/filtration system you’re considering because Miami water is really hard!

Very happy to have called Javier. After being a loyal customer of another water filtration/salt delivery compay for almost 15 years and tolerating 2-3x salt cost for the home delivery they just were not interested or unable in helping solve any technical problems with my softener despite my having thier original equipment before I upgraded to newer more capable equipment. National Water was quick, direct, professional and competitive, wow what a refreshing surprise. What I most liked was thier expertise in making sure that I get the highest possible flow rates in the most efficient configuration with industry common equipment ensuring that our investment in whole house filtered and softener water was maximized. Just installed my whole house system and reverse osmosis filter today. Javier and team did an amazing job and even showed me a few pro tips regarding waterlines. Initially, I was only in the market for a water softener but do yourself a favor and get the filtration system added, it only makes sense to stop the hard water and filter out other contaminants/chemical compounds like chlorine while you’re at it. The system is exactly what Javier shows you during the consultation and he takes his time to explain maintenance afterwards. There’s a lot of competition out there to choose from but I’m extremely happy with choosing National Water Purifiers!

Great system. Never have to use conditioner or body lotion. Not sure if it’s the water but my A1C has gone from 6.0 to 5.5. We changed our water system because my husband had lead and arsenic in his blood work. We are very happy with this system. Javier is very knowledgeable and price is the best around. We tested the PH levels ourselves before and after and definitely saw a difference. Wish we had done this a long time ago.
