Naples Well Drilling was prompt, professional, and extremely responsive from start to finish. I’ll admit, it was a little intimidating at first seeing all of the heavy equipment set up in the yard, but the team was clearly organized and knew exactly what they were doing. Once the work was completed, everything was picked up and the yard was returned exactly as it was before they began. Communication was clear throughout, questions were answered quickly, and the overall experience gave me enough confidence to sign up for their maintenance program.

Outstanding experience with Naples Well Drilling. From my perspective they should have a 5+ rating if not more. Starting with the first call I made to them to the actual drilling to the prompt closure of the county permit my experience was absolutely excellent. Alex and team didn't drop the ball at any point in the process. They are a very well managed business, incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and considerate. In my case determining the actual well location was a significant challenge, but Alex worked hard to find a great solution. I cannot recommend Naples Well Drilling enough, they're just fantastic. Thank you Alex and team!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I first reached out to Alex last fall to see if a well could be installed for our 33-home association. He promptly replied and scheduled a visit within a couple of days. He walked me through the whole process including the extra permitting needed due to the HOA, upgraded electrical requirements for the well pump, and site preparation/location to tie into our existing irrigation system.
We switched over to the well in March and everything has been running smoothly. We used to spend $40,000 annually on irrigation water, we now spend less than $100 per month on electricty to run the pump. The well will pay for its self in less than 18 months! Thank you Alex!

This company does electrical work without permits. They claim they do the permits but they don't. Someone needs to investigate this.....
I'm add to this review. The boss PHILLIP BRAWLEY admitted to myself we don't pull permits ALL the time..... when we are supposed to ALL the time. I'm not going to take down the truth HOMIE.

They did a great job on new well for sprinklers. Also did my neighbors across the street. Very happy from start to finish. Alex was great to work with, easy communication and answered every question I had. Thank you!
