I contracted Golden Gate Well Company to drill a well and install a complete water system for my new home. They were not only reasonably priced and the service was very professional. I have lived in the Golden Gate area for 45 plus years and enjoy working with a company that is not only local , but also supports the community in various functions. I would recommend then anytime.
I don’t usually run to google reviews and post negative feedback but this is one of those cases that I’ve already addressed to the company and it is still a problem. I’m coming home to find the service receipts laying out in the yard instead of at my front door as they used to be hung on the door handle. I called and asked they make a note to place at the door. There is nothing in the way of getting to the front door as you can see in the pictures. I’d rather electronic receipts at this point. The first time it was found in the ditch - I don’t have a picture of that one because I thought maybe the wind moved it, so let’s give the benefit of the doubt. The second time I found it on the driveway a few feet away from the garbage cans - I called and made the request. Today I found it right behind the wheel of the garbage can. Seriously. I will call tomorrow as well.
Driver of this vehicle should lose his drivers license and be fired from this company erratic driving cutting people off and weaving in and out of traffic isn’t a proper way to represent a company
I called to request a technician to come diagnose the issues with my system because my water was slightly green and smelled funny. The “technician” that showed, walked past my water system and straight to my front door. He was there for a total of 9 minutes and did not inspect or attempt to diagnose the issue with my system. When I called on May 19, the technician had not written up the proposal to replace my system. I asked the woman on the phone what was wrong with my system and she said “it’s old and can’t be fixed.” I asked what was wrong/the issue and why my water was green and received the same answer of “it’s old”. I asked to speak with the owner regarding the issue of his technician saying it can’t be fixed when he didn’t even look at my system. It’s been over 1 week and still have not had a call back.
I would not recommend to call them for service/repairs.
I woke up to no water pressure. Anthony was sent out, trouble shot the issue and we (I agreed) needed a new pump, which he located after calling around to find if there was one on another of their trucks. The problem was solved same day, which I think he took the extra effort to do knowing a next morning installation would have been very difficult for me. Highly recommended and ask for Anthony to take care of you if possible!
