We worked with Harvey through email to get our entire home set up for fixtures and fans. He was so helpful recommending products and sizing. Did an amazing job communicating and ensuring the install went smoothly.

I had a fan installed this morning by a young man named Yordon. He arrived early within the hour window I was given. He was professional, knowledgeable and clean with his work. He took care to keep his work space covered with a drop cloth as to not drop anything on my lanai. I believe he is an asset to the Naples Lighting and Fan Depot team and really appreciated his work enough that I wanted to share this review with you .
Bought a ceiling fan from this company because I was told they were the best in the area. A family owned and operated business knowledgeable and friendly they were. When the man came out he said he couldn’t install the light I provided for the kitchen because it was too high and he needed two guys as well as a taller ladder. I told him I told the store it was high and they had no issue at the time . SMH…. I paid an additional 130 bucks to have one fan moved to the upstairs where it took the installer about 5 minutes to install. Talk about a hit and run…
Now I’m left with a chandelier light in my kitchen that they won’t install because it was too high….. bottom line is they didn’t bring the equipment or the man power to install it. They are going to respond that it’s not on the ticket, but I called the office and they told me no problem our installer will take care of it. I wasn’t looking for something for free! I was just looking for something I was told and could get and they didn’t deliver.

Harvey was efficient at finding correct lighting for my situation There difficulty at my condo with a discrepancy between the condo maintenance being im error or the installation team at Naples lighting. YORDAN was sent out and very efficiently and with his expertise and knowledge was able to discern the situation. It was the condo, not Naples lighting! This work was done at no charge, Naples lighting and fan standing by their work and installation. There are no words for the shop or the employees there, whether in sales or installation. If you don’t see it, ask for it – they’ll find it for you. I appreciate them and have other instances of their work in the past that we’re outstanding. Thank you!
