Outstanding customer service and a wide, interesting selection of lighting fixtures. The guys at the Port Saint Lucie store are knowledgeable and helpful. They ordered lands for me and interfaced with the manufacturer to replace a damaged lamp shade. We purchased a dining room chandelier and they ensured it was received in perfect condition. They helped me modify a floor lamp with foot switch to have dimming capability. Recommend you check out their store and website.

Needed a set of unique bulbs for some pendant lights and found them here at a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The next time I need a specialty bulb....

Stopped today as we are replacing lighting In our home. Walked into the showroom with four sales people on the floor, three not helping anyone. Not one person said hello and never even asked if I needed help. Only two customers in the store other than myself. With treatment like this, unfortunately, I will never do business with such rude sales people. It’s too bad as we are looking to spend a decent amount in lighting. There are plenty of other lighting stores in Naples who do give decent service.

Dishonest pricing. I bought 7 lights from them for $1500. I canceled my order for one of the lights before I even received it. I was charged a $150 restocking fee for a $400 light. This was just a standard outside flush mount light. It wasn't a special order. They never told me about their return policy when I purchased the light. I even asked if I could return it and they said yes but omitted telling me about the 35% restocking fee.
It is much safer to buy from Lowes, Home Depot or Amazon where you can cancel your order without an egregious fee.

I called in search of a light bulb for a Lava Lamp and Gavin helped me. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable! I asked for a particular bulb and Gavin helped me learn that I actually needed a different bulb type than what I asked for. Thank you Gavin for being so helpful!
