We just had the best experience having a Generac Generator installed! We have had two homes in the past where we installed generators. One in KC and the other on Marco. Different brand and different companies. This time I did extensive research and found Steve Theriault and Team with Naples Generator Inc. It only took a little over 30 days from start to finish, including permits. It took more than 6 months each on the other two installations. The response times and communication were outstanding. The entire team is very responsive. I highly recommend them for anyone in the Naples area. I signed up for annual maintenance and the mobile app so that I can check on things when we are out of town. Very Impressive!!!
After they installed my generator it stopped working after several months. According to Naples Generator there were issues related to the way they installed the generator. They then insisted on charging me to fix the problems they created. I reluctantly paid them and it took them multiple visits to finally diagnose the issue which was directly related to the installation process. These grifters didn't even bother to apologize for their gross incompetence. The people they send to do the work would sit around and smoke cigarettes in front of my house. Then they spend time complaining to me about the owner and his girlfriend. They never understood that I was laughing at them and the irony that they were complaining about their employer to Me. A joke.
This firm refuses to speak to anyone on the phone. You can only communicate with them though text. Imagine going through these problems and the firm that caused them refuses to speak to you on the phone. Another joke.
Then they don't refund money for work they never performed. Their advice to me was to contest the charge with my credit card company. As I'm writing this I can barely stop laughing. Their customer service motto consists of asking the customer to contest their credit card charge.
Very pleased with the results of the generator installation. The crew was professional and courteous. Very transparent in every aspect. There were many facets of the installation and each one was explained and done timely. Thank you for a job well done.
I just wanted to thank Steve and his staff, they did an excellent job under difficult circumstances. I was unable to be onsite during the installation. His crews and county inspectors were harassed incessantly by the former HOA president. Then the neighbor, insisted that Naples Generator caused an underground water leak that ran up her bill. Steve sent crews out several times and determined it was not from Naples Generator but if it was they would take full responsibility. The leak was found by a plumbing company, turns out it was near her pool not even close to the area the worked. I can't thank Steve enough for his patience, persistence and professionalism
