Eric connected an electrical outlet to an existing low voltage panel in my laundry room. He was extremely professional and very neat. Eric exhibited patience and kindness while he was in our home. I would like to add that Margot in the office was very friendly and helpful each time I spoke with her. It is rare when a business actually has a person answer the phone these days let alone someone who provides excellent customer service. Kudos to Empowered! They have two outstanding employees.
