We were saddened to see Mr. Dry Services had stolen our (iMold) equipment from one of our job sites and had been using it for their projects for an extended period of time.
By chance we were working on the same condo tower and one of our technicians spotted our stickers on the equipment in their truck.
A very frustrating discovery especially when they wouldn’t immediately turn over the equipment after being caught.
They pulled all the water out of our kitchen after a storm in Fort Myers Beach and kept checking the walls with their equipment for days. Caught moisture in spots we couldn't see before anything started growing. Michael Twist handled our insurance people while they rebuilt the kitchen. Three months later we had a new kitchen without fighting the insurance company ourselves.
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Communication was non-existent, I constantly had to chase them down for updates, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. The entire process was disorganized, with repeated scheduling delays that dragged the project out far longer than promised.
When they finally did show up, the work was sloppy and rushed. Corners were cut, and I had to hire another company afterward to fix what they failed to do properly. This company wasted my time, my money, and my patience.
Giving two stars because working with Dan was wonderful and once he took over, everything went very smoothly. However, working with Mike was a disaster.
Mike Brigandi dealt with our insurance company directly which was huge because I had no idea what I was doing. The water damage repair took a few weeks, then they did mold testing to make sure nothing was growing in the walls. Ended up having them redo our bathroom since it was already torn apart. Did air quality testing before we moved back in. Took about three months total but the bathroom looks good and we're not worried about breathing in anything nasty
Mr Dry tracked down our ceiling leak, fixed it and repaired the damage in one week. Michael Twist texted updates throughout. Fast turnaround.
