FP Property Restoration

I recently had Ice Dam damage on the front and back sides of my home in Pittsburgh. Four rooms, two separate floors — all with water damage. As soon as I made contact with my insurance company, FP Restoration reached out immediately and were in my home to setup fans, hepa filters, and dehumidifiers for water mitigation a day later. I know they usually work in FL but were contracted up in PA in the midst of all the ice/snow storms. They had to make some cuts in the ceilings and walls and remove baseboards. They made sure to take care of vacuuming debris and covered all my furniture when working to minimize cleanup. Not only that, they were all a pleasure to work with and so nice. Dominick, Joseph, Luis, Leann, Enrique, Leo and more of the team (I’m sorry to any I may have missed) were very trustworthy. On a few occasions I had places to go and I left them in my home to work — they made sure to lock up afterwards and called me for any updates as well and I appreciated the extra communication. I’m sure they were very busy as many homes in Pittsburgh had similar damage from a snowstorm but they were on-site almost everyday to check and update me on the process. I am now fully prepped for the next step in the process (replacements and cosmetic repairs) thanks to their team. I would absolutely recommend them and I thank them for a quick and easy process for what has been a stressful homeowner situation.

Dominick and Phavong from Property Restoration were at our house within a few hours after we had a broken pipe causing water damage. They were very professional and explained the process of the water remediation at our new house. I have 100 percent confidence in Property Restoration knowing they had my best interest in mind.

Lianne was so wonderful, so polite, and caring. She knew my boys had some noise sensitivities and literally was in and out without them bating an eye. She was concerned about safety as well and taped down all cords to give us peace of mind with our kids. Highly recommend.

I have to add to my last review because we just had Phavong and Dom to come check the progress and again incredible service. So so kind and polite. In and out in minutes. Highly recommend.

Overall good experience. Company as a whole struggles with clear communication. I had numerous different people reaching out for one thing or scheduling for things that were already completed. Dom and Enrique came to my home to complete work and were lovely people to work with.

Phavong and PK are very amazing gentlemen, very kind, courteous, and professional. They told the time frame of when they’ll be done and exceeded the expectation. Phavong was here cleaning and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done 100! He also went out of his way to help move a few things I needed done. I’d recommend Phavong and PK to anyone that needs any work done!
