Each time Kevin was here the same day we requested an estimate with a fair and honest quote. His team is meticulous with preparation, execution and cleanup. His work is certified by state testing before its conclusion and we'll add the second time around we also hired one of Kevin's team members for the patch up work, which was seamless and first-rate. The treated areas now appear brand new… move-in quality. Kevin's kindness is a double bonus along with his crew, as is the ease of communication through the entire job. Maria from Mold Man came by today, and wow, she was amazing. She really took her time with the inspection, used very specialized tools to detect wet walls, and even removed our dishwasher to check behind it (then put it back). You can tell she genuinely cares about doing things the right way.
She was super nice, calm, and easy to talk to. No scare tactics, no pressure — just honest and helpful the whole way through. We had another company come out a few days ago, and the difference was night and day. Maria made us feel comfortable and confident that we’re getting real answers. Highly recommend asking for her if you need a mold inspection done right!
I had a roof leak which lead to mold. Moldman was great. They worked with my insurance and helped me through the process. Their entire team (office staff, owner, workers) all were great. They worked very cleanly and efficiently.
