I definitely needed to get the official certified mold testing. Zach was our tester and the utmost professional even called to say he had a cancellation and got here much earlier! When he got here he explained everything he was doing, and told me when the results would be. He was friendly, prompt, and paid attention to detail, and made sure to hear my story and look where I knew there was smell, and growth. He documented everything with photos in addition to the test. Paul and the company was super professional and I’m so happy we were recommended them!!! Spent his night after 7pm with multiple calls and a lot of time educating me and communicating with me on the condition of my rental home and making me feel a lot more comfortable about the next process and next steps for managing my mold issue. On top of that was wonderful to see That he has a trained dog to detect mold as an additional layer of confirmation. I would highly recommend this company as you know good people when you see it. 10/10.
