Mike was punctual, communicated well the entire time he was here, and was very personable and kind. I appreciated that he informed me of everything and kept pricing in mind before he did anything. Would definitely recommend this company!
I seriously can’t recommend this company enough. I was in the middle of moving from Pittsburgh to Orlando and wasn’t able to fly down to see the place before signing. That alone was stressful, and with all the mold horror stories in Florida, I was honestly pretty nervous.
They went out of their way to coordinate directly with my landlord and set up a full mold inspection for me. They kept me in the loop the whole time and sent over a super detailed report. Long story short, they found moisture inside the walls and mold building up from leaking pipes. This could have been a total nightmare if I had moved in without knowing. They literally saved me and my family from a huge headache.
