I can’t say enough good things about Dillon from Quality Mold Solutions. He came out on December 23rd and responded immediately, which meant a lot given how stressful the situation was. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and helped guide me through a very tough process dealing with an apartment complex that was lacking accountability.

Even after the inspection, during the busy time between Christmas and New Year’s, Dillon remained attentive and responsive to follow up questions. At one point he mentioned he was in the middle of another service and could not talk, but when I explained that I really needed to speak with him, he still took the time to call me and talk things through.
