MCi Impact Windows & Doors

I've been living full time in Florida for over 10 years now and have had an extremely hard time finding good contractors. Simply delivering on their promises. Showing up when they say they'll show up.

From getting the estimates to signing the contract - wow. Then...the day of install I was shocked with the amount of prep that went into ensuring there would be minimal mess. It was honestly like there was no one ever there. They set up tents around all 3 entries with poles and taped plastic to the walls so dust would not fly in the open air. We replaced 3 exterior doors with glass, it was completed all in 1 full day between 3 installers. Get so many compliments! Quality of the product is superior as well, doors fit for a fortress!

At the end of the day I had to take a photo - the 3 installers were wiping down the glass of the new doors. True professionals. Will only be using MCI for windows & doors moving forward. Onto the next project!

Working with MCI was seamless . Regi was so professional and came out several times to see me and explain the process. I don't live in my apartment full-time so it was so such a comfort to have him oversee the project.

Aspen was our point of contact and kept us informed until completion.

They both checked in afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I am thrilled with my new Impact windows. They are beautiful!!!.

Words cannot express what a pleasure it has been to work with Marty (sales), Tina (HOA/permitting), Aspen (scheduling) and Sandro along with the rest of his install crew. Marty cares, is knowledgeable, passionate and professional about what he does. He even brought Roger the owner over on the day of signing. Not only are they passionate about what they do, they’re also honest. On the day of install, Sandro and his crew discovered rotted wood throughout the bottom portion of my house. Other companies would’ve just kept going but not Sandro, brought it right to my attention, called his manager and then Marty called me right away to talk about an action plan. Marty also came by to check in on the repairs, he didn’t have to, but he did because he wanted to reassure me that the job was going to get done and get done right. That’s the kind of company MCI is, family owned, professional and honorable. You won’t be disappointed with MCI, ask for Marty and he and his TEAM will take care of you!

Changing my doors with MCI was a very good experience. My first contact was Wes, very understanding and attentive to my needs. Then Jason took over (Wes always not too far) and Jason was always very responsive, communication was easy and he answered all my questions. The team who came was pleasant, hard working and did a very pro job. Passed inspection seamlessly. Thank you MCI.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Marty and his team at MCI, and we can confidently say they went above and beyond from the very start. On the first day we met, Marty noticed our washer wasn’t functioning properly — something a washer/dryer company wanted to charge us an extra $125 to fix since they couldn’t repair it the first time they came out and charged us— and without hesitation, he got it working at no cost. That small act of care set the tone for the entire experience.

During the project, the association’s maintenance staff tried to claim our new windows were leaking after install. Thanks to Marty and Cedrik’s sharp eyes and years of experience, they correctly identified the issue as a roofing problem. Not only did they get to the root of it, but Marty also stepped in to help us navigate things with the HOA, who initially didn’t want to cover the repair. His persistence helped get it resolved.

The final results speak for themselves — Cedrik’s crew did a phenomenal job, and our home has been completely transformed for the better. It’s not every day you work with a company that treats your home like their own, and we are so grateful for the care, commitment, and integrity they showed. Marty is like our son now. He’s become a part of the family.
