Store Manager Chris Rivers did an excellent job of determining our needs and preferences. He showed us several options, all of which were good choices for us. He didn’t pressure us in any direction, but was able to help us make our decision on a new mattress. All in all an excellent experience.
I came into Mattress Firm already knowing what I wanted, and James truly listened. I purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and he made helpful recommendations without ever being pushy. He also took the time to get me properly fitted for Tempur-Pedic pillows, which really helped complete my setup. James was friendly, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. He made the entire experience simple, easy, and even fun. I had such a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm last night, thanks to Kristen. I came in with my niece and nephew, and she was absolutely amazing with them—so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. She made them feel welcome right away, which honestly made the entire visit so much easier.
Kristen was knowledgeable, never pushy, and took the time to make sure I found the right bed while still being attentive and thoughtful with the kids. That level of care and customer service is rare, and it truly stood out. Because of her, what could have been a stressful purchase turned into a great experience. Mattress Firm is lucky to have Kristen!
Ehson is an amazing salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the deals. We ended up getting two mattresses due to the incredible deals he gave us. He is super friendly and no pressure. He is everything you want in a sales representative. Couldn’t be happier to recommend a nicer person! I hope he does well!
I visited Mattress Firm Town Center because I was ready to replace my mattress and had heard good things. I’d already done some research, but was not set on a specific brand or mattress, just knew what features I needed to have. I came with plenty questions about the mattresses I was interested in and using my warranty credit; the staff were able to handle them all which put me at ease about the buying process.
