Went the other day to just to look around for a new dining table and chairs for our house. We met Danubia and she was super sweet & helped us the whole time we were there. Answering all of our questions and telling us details regarding their sales, about the furnitures they have. Super helpful and we are so glad she was there for us! Ended up going home with a new dining set and bed set for my sister💛 Just waiting for the delivery! will post pictures when the new furnitures arrive💛

About a year ago we also went around the same time, my family and i moved in to our first house. We went to get a bed & couch and met Moe who was very very kind and accommodating. Made sure everything goes well and got what we wanted. We bought a bed frame, mattress & couch. As well as our FREE TV that we got since it came with the deals at the time! We love it so much💛

Excellent customer Service... I seen a bedroom set online with a Different company out of town. So I said I will go & check & see if they may have in the store. Or maybe be able to order it for me. Cause I know he told once before any piece furniture he can try to find it for me. But walk in & Spotted my piece. His price was a little higher Then the store online. Showed him the bedroom set online with the other store and he was able to match the price with No hesitation. Excellent excellent customer service got out the door with my purchase fast and quick. Ordered a coffee table from here in mid January. The sales person said they would have to have one shipped to the warehouse from the manufacturer and it would take up to 12 business days and they would give us a call once it arrived to come pick it up. We wait the 12 business days but no call. I called the next business day and they apologized and said there was an issue with the delivery, but it was set for the next day to be delivered. Next day, I call and the same issue, this time a “manager” got on the phone and apologized and said that he was going to ensure the delivery was set for the next day or two. We wait two days and call back, the lady answers and first says that they still have not received the table and that the truck still doesn’t have a date to be shipping our table to their warehouse. After asking to talk to the manager I spoke with the other day that said he’d have it on the schedule and delivered already, she puts me on hold just to return and say that they “did receive it” and it was downstairs in the warehouse ready for me to pick up. Not before offering for them to assemble it for me for free for the inconvenience…. This was a lie and I called them out for it. They took the display model off the showroom floor (I went there first and saw it was missing), with its imperfections, and tried passing it off as my brand new table. When I arrived it was all plastic wrapped to hide the imperfections. I removed the wrapping and noticed the small scratches on it and denied accepting it.

These people are shady and what’s worse is they won’t even take responsibility for lying.

What can I say about one of the most humblest person I have meet there is name is Luis, he went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted, and the store manager Willy was so awesome as well, he treated us as if we knew him for years. I just loved the customer service!! I would send anyone to them. Thank you Furniture Source!!!

Today my visit to source furniture was very great. I went sales person was DJ. She was your friendly very cordial very nice and she worked with us and gave us a great price. Please go and visit source furniture and ask a DJ I give her a five star
