Our experience with LockTight was outstanding! Starting with our salesperson Rafael who helped us so much throughout the sale and continuing with everyone at the LockTight office. They were so helpful and patient with all of our questions and requests; special thanks to Marisol, Oni, Ken, Dane and others. The installation went smoothly. All techs were very professional, punctual and fast. They finished the job in two days and Wesley, the lead technician, did not leave until he triple checked each window and door. Now we are waiting for the city inspection but we are sure that LockTight will not let us down.

We had all new windows and doors installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and kept the job site clean from start to finish. The project was completed exactly within the expected timeframe, and the pricing was very competitive compared to other bids we received. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience with excellent results.

I would like to provide a detailed report on the work performed (roof) by Locktight. I have experience renovating a roof in another house with a different company, and now I can accurately evaluate Locktight's work compared to my previous experience. 1. Locktight replaced my roof on time, faster than promised when signing the contract. 2. The work was carried out with the utmost respect for the residents of my house , all the decorations in the house, and the driveway. Everything was carefully covered with protective bags and boards, protecting my home. 3. The work began early in the morning and continued without a break until 6 pm. 4. The work was done perfectly, without flaws. A manager always accompanies me, explains everything in advance and warns me about the work performed or inspections, is always in touch and answers questions within 30 minutes maximum. 5. The guys who sealed the corners with cement are like artists, doing their work professionally and very efficiently. 6. The inspector always told me that the work was very well done, pointing out to me the points that were completed to the highest standard. 7. Three months passed from the signed contract to the completed work. 8. The driveway was thoroughly cleaned after the work. I had a very positive experience and highly recommend Locktight!

He demonstrated a high level of professionalism & personalization.The level of knowledge of the product is what sold us on choosing LockTight for the job. 3 Technicians came to the home and impressed me immediately with the manner they introduced themselves and courteousness. LocTight Impact Windows Doors and Roof did a phenomenal and excellent job installing my new windows and doors. They even clean up after their mess and discard of all old windows and doors.
