Purchased a patio set last year from the Clearwater location on Gulf to Bay, had a problem with a swivel chair. We called and they sent a service rep out immediately, and he authorized a replacement on the spot. No calls to supervisor or any manager- impressed!!
Plus the quality is excellent.
Considering wall accessories, and we will definitely return.

We recently purchased a condo in Clearwater with three balconies, and when we walked into Leaders Furniture, we were blown away by the stunning selection of high-end, quality furniture and fun, coastal wall art. The showroom was beautiful, and everything felt perfect for our new home. We ended up purchasing bar-height connecting Adirondack chairs that are unbelievably comfortable, along with four gorgeous bar-height swivel chairs. The quality and design are exceptional.
We've been buying outdoor furniture from Leaders for many years. The quality of their furniture is incredible and they have beautiful accessories, etc. We've had some of our Leaders furniture for 15 years and it still looks amazing. We moved to South Carolina, but still came back to Leaders to get our new outdoor furniture. We worked with John at the Clearwater store and he was great. He helped put everything together, including beautiful fabrics for the cushions. He put the layout of our back porch on the computer to assure that everything would fit. He was patient with us while we worked through some family issues and he was right there for us once we were ready to process our order. I would highly recommend Leaders Casual Furniture and John at the Clearwater location.
John was a great salesman! Gave us the pros & cons of what we were thinking of adding to our other Leader furniture! I didn’t want cushions because of weather but after he gave us some tips, we chose furniture with cushions for the comfort factor! So happy with our purchase! Can’t wait to get them! Thanks so much!
