Was looking forward to my kids chest delivery, got the box, opened it and here is what I saw. Now I have to go through customer service nightmare. Super upset. Rooms to go, have you considered opening the box after it is shipped from Vietnam and checking if anything is broken? It would be nice if your customers are not the ones who open the box for the first time, just saying.
Ask for Thomas! He was so helpful with our purchase of a Modular 2 customizable sectional couch. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with all of the questions we had.
He went above and beyond in arranging to have a chair from another part of the store carried over so we could see if the style and color would look nice with the couch.
I was concerned that they might clash. We were all impressed with how well the pieces worked together.

You can really tell when management creates a good work environment. It show in the behavior and attitudes of everyone who works there. Clearly, she has done a great job building a terrific team.
It was also so reassuring to feel confident that they would stand behind their products, should we have any issues. It's a large purchase,so it means a lot to feel confident that they are dedicated to having happy customers.

Stopped in to Rooms to Go and came across Donald! Donald was pleasant to work with, he didn't hover! Donald was attentive, listened to my specific needs regarding what I was looking for. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an Informed decision. I never felt more confident in my purchase as I did tonight!
The showroom was spotless, beautifully decorated and many items to preview! This showroom in Clearwater is massive and a must see! The quality far exceeds other showrooms and the prices are by far the best around!
