Mr. Wisdom, Tec 2 arrived on time. He was very professional and explained the process that he would be preforming on our water system step by step. He took time to complete the full service and explained what he found. The process was completed in a reasonable time frame. Mr. Wisdom was very professional and organized, he was totally prepared. We have had Kinetico Quality Water for 23 yrs. We use them for both of our properties in Polk City. We never had any major issues with the system. We have peace of mind knowing we have a yearly service Maintenace contract. It's well worth it. We highly recommend Kinetico Quality Water System. They are truly reliable and affordable.

I have a water softener with this Company, and I must say, they are great. I recently decided to do the reverse osmosis add to my sink. I am so happy. I now have filtered water for cooking, and drinking. They did such an amazing job.They worked efficiently, and cleaned up. The manager Robert, explained everything, and even bought me the two bags of salt, that I needed for my water softener, which is great.on the water Hester, and easy on the skin when you shower. I am very satisfied, and very happy with my products. Great job!
Satisfied with the work the tech did and he was pleasant to deal with. He advised that the office would be reaching out for payment. Heard nothing from the office until today while I was at work and unable to answer the phone call at that moment. Immediately they called my fiance and informed her that they had been trying to reach me without success. Fiance felt the customer service rep was rude and acted like I was avoiding the call. I called back within 15 minutes of the original phone call and provided payment for the service provided. I was very upset at the time but held my tongue and completed my business with her. Not sure if I will be a return customer.
