Florida Water Analysis

Starting with Samantha who educated me about water quality, working with Florida Water has been a great experience. It's a big project to undertake, so it's understandable that things can't always be perfect at first, but each person I dealt with there was always courteous, professional and caring. It speaks well of the ownership that everyone, from Denise who took my calls, to Avery who first installed the system and is super knowledgable, to Tim who also came by a few times, did everything possible to be helpful and problem-solving. Special thanks to Geno for being a stand-up fellow and who treated me fairly. I recommend this company highly to anyone considering improving their household water!

I highly recommend this company. Angela was super helpful and knowledgeable. She came to my home and tested my water. She explained all the results and options thoroughly. She was so professional. I am extremely happy with my water softener and filtration system. I also went with the reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water. The service was all around amazing.

My name is Anne and I had my water system installed last month. I love it! To start, Tom, the testing tech was so nice and friendly and explained it all to me. Jean installed the whole system and he went above and beyond and did an excellent job! He was very efficient, friendly and patient with all my questions. He even came back a few times to take care of some little things that were so minor. The customer service is fantastic bc they really care and want their customers to be completely satisfied and happy with the work they do. I am so pleased I went with them for my water purification system. We all need good companies that do the best work possible with great integrity and honesty for their customers. My technician, SHANE, was excellent. Capable, kind and professional, he answered all my questions as I asked them. He was not put off in any way with my obvious interest in learning and understanding this system. He was quick and efficient. Lastly, he never asked me to write anything. Rather, I told him as he left I would be happy to write a review because it means just as much to me as a pleased customer.
