Kind Water Systems

RO system is defective, leaking after installation. First, they said not their system instead of asking sending more pics to verify. Then they said yes it is their system and send us another one like do us a favor, not a single word sorry for any trouble it caused by the defective RO system. We removed the old system, install Kind RO and then leaking all over undersink. Now need to wait another few days to new one come. Hopefully, good one come or not another chance to exchange.
About Whole house filtration and salt free softener system is ok, water is not soft like the salt based system. We still see the spots on the faucet or appliances. We will give it a try another month or 120 days satisfaction guarantee.

I’ve had this for three years upcoming (March will be three years). I thought I really liked it. I loved customer service. My water tho has an alcoholic taste to it. I’m not sure if it’s the filtration system or not but in order to figure that out (and to replace filters to shoot two targets with one arrow) I took off each unit, changed and put back on. Last year I had significant problems with one of the threads, which is completely irreplaceable and unfixable unless you glue somehow. Masssssssive leakage. I was able to plaster enough plumber paste that it did stop but I dreaded the next time I’d need to change this filter. Sure enough it’s even worse and nothing has resolved it. Due to how the system is set up and made it is irreparable and the entire system is unusable because that one thread.

Customer service has been incredible! But this product should not be this complicated…

Water system works great and has a very noticeable difference in the clarity and taste of the community water supply. Shipping was fast, install by local plumber was quick and easy. One minor problem resolved very quickly . Happy customer here. New snow white filters after 6 months in photos. It works !

I was searching for a salt less water system, but wanted it to be able to be used without having to have a separate filter system under my sink for drinking water . I’ve been very happy with my purchase of the Kind Water System. The installers had to install the system the other direction so they changed the location of the filters and labeled them.
