Alijah Or as his new business card say AB Is one of the best salesman I’ve ever worked with! He does not push in any direction. There’s no high pressure. He’s very honest with you. He’d rather you be happy then make the sale and if something goes wrong, he make sure it’s taken care of and fixed. This is the second time we’ve purchased from KANES and had him as our salesman the first purchase. I would love to say it went well, but we did have a small issue with the bed. Because we had a adjustable mattress and it needed to be able to drop into the frame in the first bed we bought it did not drop into the frame, but they quickly corrected it. We picked a new set. They delivered it right away and because of how they handled the issues and how good of a salesman AB is, I’m going to continue to go there.

Went to Kanes Furniture with an idea, and they definitely delivered on that idea! Thank you to Johncina for walking me through the process and being absolutely patient with me. She was very informative and super sweet throughout my process! My husband and I finally feel like we have a luxury hotel bedroom now! This is the Anastasia Collection. 100% recommended!

Immediately met with a very friendly and approachable female staff member. Her name was Joanne and Ocala. She was very helpful, funny and easy to get along with. She knew exactly where the item was that I was asking for and she knew the building very well and allowed me to wander around while she was working on information for me. She helped me pick out fabric and a matching pillow fabric. The couch with the blue pillows is the couch I was looking at, but not that fabric, so I took fabric home and I had ChatGPT do a work up for me and the other photo is that fabric on my couch

My family and I had the BEST experience shopping at Kane’s today. I was hesitant because I had a bad experience years ago. But Mrs. Johncina took care of us from the moment we stepped inside. She was not pushy or didn’t give any added pressure to our buying experience. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the inventory and warranties. It’s like she knew exactly what would fit our family perfectly! You can tell she enjoys helping others and making people smile. Thank you so much for taking great care of us! We will come see her for all of our future furniture needs!
