We worked with Melani and I would highly recommend her. We are moving to the area and need a bedroom set and leather sectional. Hudson’s had a nice selection of both. Melani was very knowledgeable and patient. We visited the store a second time to change our order and Melani helped us stay in our budget. My experience with Hudson was great. My salesperson was Ezekiah Manning and I have worked with him on previous visits. He is always warm and approachable, he listens to my needs and helps me get it. I will visit the store in the future and will be sure to work with him.
First time buyer with Hudson’s and I would not buy from them again even if you paid me. Cheaply made wood furniture and the absolute worst management/customer service I have ever had to deal with. purchased a wood table- manufacture ruined it by Stapling legs to the table top 🤯 Delivery driver damaged table while trying to remove the cut black strapping hanging down from the table. It has now been almost two months going back and forth with them over these black straps and the damage. Then they send me photos of my replacement that has the same black straps on it…The warehouse manager Kevin had no
Clue what was going on and tried to assure me they can take care of removing the straps. I simply advised I don’t want a piece of furniture that has to be fixed before it’s given to me.
Instead of resolving they still attempted to deliver this again to me and refuse to call me back to take their damaged furniture back,
resolve or give me a $600.00 refund. With so many furniture store options, I don’t see why anyone would ever do continued business with them.
Best experience in purchasing furniture. Our saleswoman, Marylynn was knowledgeable with products, went above and beyond to make sure to meet all our needs in finding just what we wanted for our budget. The store manager was also very kind and was very helpful as well. Over all, we were very satisfied and pleased.
