We were very pleased with the experience we had with JT Customer pools. Jim, the project manager, did a wonderful job of keeping us updated on each step and was quick to respond when we needed to communicate with any questions or concerns. The different work crews were amazing and very professional. Loved watching how they worked together to complete the various stages of our pool. I’d totally recommend JT Pools!

He had lots of knowledge and helped design the Oasis of our backyard. The whole process was seamless, smooth, high quality and professional. My husband & I have built, renovated & replaced 4 pools & will soon be embarking on removing & rebuilding our 5th pool with Jim & JT Pools. Our experience with Jim & JT was so good we are doing it again. We met Jim Morfessis about 4 years ago in our hunt for the best pool builder in the area. Jim is so knowledgeable, efficient, timely, and kind. I never had to micro-manage. I never had to check on anything. Jim was on the job site every single day and finished our project in about 8 weeks (amazing). We adored the crews and found out JT Pools never subcontracts. The crews are JT's employees and have years of experience and love working for Jim & JT. It's hot working in the summer heat, so have some ice cream ready for these fellas.....they deserve it.
I hope folks will take a look at the photos I posted of the magnificent pool Jim built. The last photo is a before & after that will knock your socks off. The Hayward lighting is worth every penny.
JT's Custom pools literally built what I had pictured in my head. We did not have a lot of room behind our house but I wanted to incorporate it into the side yard and have the pool "L" shaped so we used all of the space we had. I have never designed anything like this before but somehow these guys understood exactly what I wanted and they crushed it! Whether you are looking for something straighforward or you need/want to get creative, these are the people you should call. Huge thanks to Jason and the JT's Crew!
I am writing this review for JT’s Custom Pools in Port Charlotte, Florida. We spent countless hours researching and interviewing pool companies. We had very high expectations for our pool and we were not disappointed. From our initial consultation to the final project, JT’s exceeded our expectations in timeliness, quality, and communication. Our pool was completed ahead of schedule (in 10 weeks) and we are enjoying it tremendously. We would also like to recognize Jim Morfessis, who guided us from initial consultation through all phases of construction and inspection. His communication and coordination were outstanding and he was quick to reply when we had any questions.
