Update Pool is back on track, and has been ever since we got our new Technician. He is great and keeps my pool beautiful. After the Hurrican Fulton pools was on top of it. I’m very glad we have stayed with them. I couldn’t ask for a better group to recommend

See all on Google ↗My brother and I service a pool that was an original build by Fulton back in 2000's after and it is still pristine. Our family has maintenanced it since the beginning. There has never been any issues with this like some of the other companies doing resurfacing. Fulton is the way to go.
Notice the top step compared with the brown and green bottom steps. That is algae that I just vacuumed that Fulton Pools didn’t do. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE HIRING A POOL SERVICE! My pool water was turning green every 7-10 days. After the 3rd time this happened, I terminated my contract with them. When I brought my water sample to a reputable pool company, all the levels were askew. I learned how to clean my filter cartridge (another thing Fulton Pools never did and very important to keeping water clear), learned to keep my chemical levels balanced (one of the reasons my water was turning green with Fulton Pools) and swept the sides and bottom of my pool to dislodge the ‘heavy’ particles, including dirt and algae spores (which Fulton Pools never did didn’t do) so that they may settle at the bottom and be vacuumed (which Fulton Pools didn’t do). If you’re a landlord of a property, this service is probably good enough. But, if you’re an owner, you can do a 1000% better if you do it yourself. It’s not hard. Believe me, if I can do it, you can do it and save yourself $150/ month in the process plus the aggravation!
Ed serviced our pool for the first time this week. He was meticulous and very thorough in everything he did! He is a great new addition to your team!
