Edrei was amazing. Very kind and professional. He answered all my questions with patience. We had major water issues with a previous company, (I wish I could mention but can’t at the moment) and Jim responded right away. Came out tested our waters and explained to us what the issues were, and in just a few days after agreeing to move forward, they came out and installed a RO system. This will be our first day with our new RO system, so will do a follow up review in 6-12 months for an update.

Joe Water surpassed our expectations with amazing customer service, fair and upfront pricing and a prompt remedy to fix our existing and older cracked tank. John was our tech and he was a great communicator, an expert at his job and very nice. After receiving a quote from Culligan for almost three times the amount we called Joe Water and they were extremely fair and worked to help us get a new tank and use our existing head which still worked. This company is local and upfront. Highly recommend

The pressure pump on my well water system seemed to be failing, and the installer of my system was no longer in business. I researched the local options, and called Joe Water based on their strong reviews. I was not disappointed. Ashley was helpful and set an appointment for the next day, and the technician John Clarke, Jr., who goes by the Hawaiian equivalent for John, which is Keoni, was one of the best people I've had do work at my house. He immediately noticed that the check valve in my water tank had failed, and in an effort to avoid the expense of a new pump, he replaced that. Unfortunately, once he turned the system back on, it was apparent that the pump impeller was no longer adequately pressurizing the system. He had a new pump on the truck, and quickly installed it, putting my system back on line, with an upgrade to a full horsepower from a half hp on the old pump. Along the way, he helped me with an issue with my water softener controller, as well as installing a pressure gauge in the water line to monitor the pump performance. During the work, Keoni was friendly and relaxed, explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and did not mind my presence at all while he worked. The final bill was a pleasant surprise, and very reasonable for the work performed and the time spent by Keoni. I feel lucky to have found Joe Water and Keoni in particular, and I would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend them to any homeowner with water system issues needing repair or replacement.

I purchased a new water system from this company for almost $7,000 last week. When I spoke with Jim, the District Manager, I was promised a complete new system. However, when the technician arrived to install it, I was told that not everything was included—specifically the carbon and pressure tanks components. The verbal agreement was that everything would get replaced and the contract clearly stated that the catalytic carbon tank component was included.
When I called Jim to address this, I was told those parts were not part of the deal. It was only after I mentioned that I wanted to cancel my purchase that they agreed to provide the missing carbon and pressure components.
While I appreciate that the company eventually honored the agreement after my insistence, I was disappointed that I had to go through this hassle in the first place. Then, just two days later, I had no water and they had to come out again. Now, I’m being billed for a new pressure sensor part and the labor to install it, even though they used my old part initially. My contract states that labor/service is included for 30 days after installation, but I’m still being charged.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would advise anyone considering this company to carefully review their contract and confirm all details before making a purchase.
