Kaylin was very rude and unprofessional. This company does not like when you ask about the status of your pool. Both Kaylin and John would give us attitude and make smart comments when we had questions. It was not like that before we signed the contract. Once they had us in a contract and had our money, their willingness to answer questions changed for the worse. They were annoyed when we asked when will our pool be completed. At one point, she told me to communicate with John.Their subs was not respectful of our property. They left a beer bottle and other trash behind after working for the day. Our pool took way longer than what we were told at first. We know some of the delays were out of their control; however, they waited to the appointed time to order materials and they did not work on our pool on a regular basis. We signed contract in August of 2020 and our pool was not complete until August 31, 2021. There was period of times that our pool construction was extremely slow and our pool was not being worked on. At times just one task done for the week and it would be done on a Friday for 1-3 hours.
Their draw schedule is also set up to take 90% of the money before the equipments and pavers arrive. It was a long drawn put process that we are happy it is over. John did not communicate to us that we would have white blotches in our pool after completion based on the color finish we choose which was French Silver. We paid for this as an upgrade and they refused to fix the problem with the blotches and it was classified as industry standard. They did not regrade the entrance that they used to access the pool. John originally stated that they would fix this back so we purchased the fill for them to do so; however, it was not done. Our pool was completed 9 months after dig.

From the design to construction and completion, we couldn’t be happier with our pool. We had zero idea of the best layout for our yard, and Johnny spent hours designing and adjust to our preference. Kaylin was kind enough to tour tile stores and show samples for a seemingly overwhelming choice. Throughout the process they made it look easy. So much so, our neighbor saw ours going up and was so impressed by their professionalism that she hired them to install a pool for her property. We were under construction when a Cat 5 hurricane was scheduled to come through, and the entire crew made sure to secure our job site, check on the status and get right back to work once all clear. They were on time. Priced right. And only use quality products. Don’t use anyone else!

John and Kaylin May are the best pool contractors in South Florida. Period. They built our beautiful custom pool at our old home and it was perfect.
