Started my pool renovation back in November, the sales agent was wonderful to work with. However, when it came to doing the job, not so satisfying. They quoted me to resurface the pool, replace the skimmer and repaint my rock waterfall. I went with a more high-end surface and kept my existing tile I was told they would re-grout it. They did not they just grouted over the safety tile on the steps were uneven and missing grout they pressured and clean the rock waterfall and was going to paint over the existing paint so make sure you get everything in writing. I was told it was gonna be down to the bear material. I had them take it off the original estimate and did it myself after the resurfacing I had a continuous leak. They hired a leak detector who found leaks around the ring of the light fixture. The epoxy did it continue to leak. The epoxy did continuing to lose water or reported the issue. They came out chipped out around the light ring and resurfaced, causing a disco color around the light ring compared to the wrist of the pool they left debris in the yard. I asked him to schedule with us because of our dogs. They did not do so at one time they left the gate unlocked and open I would not recommend this pool company. I had to drain my pool three times because they’re lack of professionalism and finish.

This review is long over due,,, in May we decided to have our 12 year old pool resurfaced and interviewed several pool companies. Fiona from Family Pools met with us and was very professional and knowledgable. After much consideration we contracted with Family Pools which in hindsight site was an EXCELLENT decision!!Alex in the office is a most valuable asset, she has outstanding people skills and is a pleasure to work with. After all was said and done Family Pools went above and beyond!!

Highly skilled workers, particularly Brian, demonstrated exceptional competence in their work. However, we were not aware of the varying pricing associated with the resurfacing colors until attempting to change the color. Despite a few issues that were resolved, we are overall satisfied with the service.
We still regret not opting for a darker resurfacing color, which was our primary motivation for the procedure. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend the company and emphasize the importance of thoroughly questioning all aspects of the services provided.

Its a pleasure to give this review because Family Pools have really done a wonderful job renovating our pool and deck.
Granted we signed the contract months ahead to lock in our spot but once the date was scheduled, the contractors for Family Pools were right on time. Each step of the renovation from tear down to plastering to painting went smoothly. The guys were on time, respectful of our property and cleaned up where we sis not have to go behind them to clean anything.
The end result is astonishing and we love our new pool.

Called for a pool heater estimate Feb 6th. I was then told it would be 1 or 2 weeks for them to come out and that they would calll me. I called again Feb 20th and got their answering service. I left a detailed message. I heard nothing back. Called again today. 3 weeks after the first call. Talked to Alex. I was told they are too busy to do estimates at this time. A return phone call stating this anytime prior to the 3 weeks wasting my time would have been appreciated. Not very professional.
