Jallo Car Wash

This was my first time using Jallo car wash and since its near by I gave it a shot. I signed up for the 47 dollar a month membership and drove thru the wash.

After the wash I pulled into the vacuuming area and inspected the wash, I noticed the tire shine was maybe a quarter of the way around my tire. I made a mental note to speak to someone after I completed vacuuming out my truck. As I begun I was approached by an employee, Jordan. Jordan offered my a cold bottle of water and noticed my tires not being completely shined, he immediately offered to shine them. I was impressed!

I made conversation with Jordan, he was extremely friendly and has the best customer service. I was considering finishing up the month and canceling the subscription, but Jordan's customer service impressed me and to reconsider. This made me feel like it was the Publix of car washes. He also mentioned that the tire shine part of the machine was currently offline and it needed repairs.

The unfortunate part of this review, and I want to point out cause it was embarrassing to me and assuming Jordan. As Jordan and I were having a conversation about the tire wash (as he is currently applying the dressing to the last tire) his shift leader or team leader (some younger adult, didn't catch his name) gave him a stern lecture, mentioning he cant just waste tire shine on people who didnt pay for it and that he was taking too long. As I was right next to him, I felt embarrassed and responsible. But I was also slightly offended because I just signed up for the most expensive membership and this young man claimed I did not. As a supervisor in my job, I know this is a no no and if you need to correct an employee, do it privately, not in front of the customer. It was appalling and took a great experience to an awkward and embarrassing experince. Jordan left after completing the tire shine.

As I was completing the last minor touches to my truck, Jordan approached me and apologized for the event that occurred and re-informed me that I paid for the tire shine and the other staff member was uninformed. I apologized if I got him in trouble and it was my fault for talking to him during the process, he claimed I didn't and encouraged to come back and asked for my name and if I needed help with anything else. Again Jordan's customer service is excellent and extremely well, I hope to see him succeed.

I was impressed with the powerful air guns and vacuums. They have an area to wash the car mats, along with the window cleaner and air freshener. Everything was clean, topped off and a lot of clean microfiber towels ready to use.

I don't write review, I don't have much time to do so. But for the event that occurred, I hope Jordan gets some recognition for his excellent customer service. Thanks Jordan!

Great car wash even Ram 3500 had no issues…great value…friendly service…free vacuums and air gun plus even got a bottle of cold water while cleaning the truck! Highly recommend…will come back again!

This is Best car wash in town, service is top notch . The staff is very friendly and helpful they would come out and help you and bring you water. The manger is very knowledgeable and helpful. Don’t think twice about coming here , come and try for yourself!

Such a nice Car Wash, they have vacuums available on both side of the car, air freshener, air to get ride of small dirt down in the gear shift, microfiber towels, and glass cleaner. Amazing service from staff. We will definitely be coming back.

New car wash exceeds my expectations for the price. I hope they continue with the personal service and helpfulness. Staff is very kind and attentive to the customer.
