Definitely my favorite wash. I’ve been a member at easily 10 different car washes. This is the first and only one that has consistently had someone there giving it a little “prep” each time. They scrub the wheels as well as the front and back and I LOVE that I don’t have to get out and do that on my own.
Vacuums work perfectly every time. Never disappoints.
Ricky does and exceptional job managing imperial! Whenever I'm in a pinch and need a fast wash I trust Imperial to preserve my paint job. Coming from somebody who's very anti- automatic car wash!
Monthly member here. Some of the guys upfront do a half hearted job brushing your vehicle. They Do 90% of the windshield. Always soap left on the truck when I pull out.
Love the vacuum area but the sink faucets & brushes where you clean your mats is getting pretty busted up. Vacuum houses are popping off the attachments. Needs some maintenance. Still the best car wash around. Rates went up a few bucks too since I signed up.

The owner and management reached out and quickly resolved the over billing issue. There was a mix-up with another vehicle on my account, but everything is now cleared up. I really appreciate their proactive customer service and will definitely keep coming back to keep my car shining!

Great car wash and clean vacuums, but beware of the billing. My 3-month trial for $20/month resulted in multiple overcharges, including a $45 charge when it should have been $25. Customer service has not responded to my inquiries for an explanation or refund
I had a BAD EXPERIENCE with this car wash. My little cone antenna was ripped off the top of my car by the buffing brush at the end. I noticed it bouncing while moving across my car. I believe they have sub par equipment. Things happen, I understand but when I talked with them the manager Ricky shrugged and said basically too bad, we have signs. Yes, the cone antenna on MOST newer cars cannot not be removed (well, except by their bouncing brush). He didn't try to make it right at all. There's WAY TO MANY car washes in our area. Go somewhere else.
