J&J Glass completed a complex hurricane impact window and slider replacement project in my high-floor condo on Marco Island, and the team did an outstanding job from start to finish.

This was specialized work - not a basic window swap. The project required experienced planning and execution across multiple openings, including sliders, bay windows, bathrooms, and a kitchen window, along with punch-list closeout and finish work. I wanted a company that understood hurricane impact products and code-compliant installation requirements, and J&J Glass delivered.

Tim did an excellent job leading the crew in the field, Justin was strong on execution and follow-through, and Oliver was professional and responsive on the project management side. The team's workmanship, communication, and problem-solving were all excellent. They also showed real care in protecting my condo and furniture during the work, which I appreciated.

We ordered a 6 panel hurricane slider and are so happy with the new doors! J&J Glass was professional and responsive from start to finish. It took less than a week to install, and our expectations were set from the salesman from the beginning. The installation team was incredibly communicative telling us what to expect daily. They were neat and clean, thorough and exact in their execution of the job. This kind of installation is a big deal requiring permits and a lift, and J&J Glass handled it all for us. Simply the best!! Great service, value, and customer service. We had hurricane doors and windows installed seven years ago. A cap on one of the handles pitted. They replaced it asap and would not charge me even though the manufacturer’s warranty was expired. They get it!!
