Without a doubt one of the most brilliant ways to shop by giving a real world feel to what products would look like in your home, office, apartment, patio, kitchen, garage or whatever room you intend to furnish. With prices that fit a flexible budget and with so many options, it's no surprise why so many people love to shop or peruse this massive store. It is so well organized which helps to give someone without or a lack of organizational mindsets and skills a first hand look at how they can do what some people pay thousand to do in house decorating. If you manage to get lost due to the extraordinarily large inside just find an arrow on the path and follow its pointing direction to an associate or to the exit. Great customer service and plenty of products with worry free policies.

Customer Reviews
See all on Google ↗Always find something worth the trip. If you have never been definitely need to wear good shoes and prepare for a walk. Lots of great ideas and knew stuff to see for tour house and decor. They also have a food court and snacks. We usually start at the as is section where we get discount items. Found a $75 cabnet for $20. We also found some planters that were not located anywhere except the display. Thanks to the wonderful Lady at the return section and Malinda we were able to get them and at a discount! They also have a loyalty program and offer 5% discount to military.
“Quick trip” and "IKEA" will never belong in the same sentence. This is a massive store filled with a wide variety of furniture and household items.
For added convenience, there’s a Swedish Market, a Swedish bistro, and a full Swedish restaurant. It’s obvious they expect customers to spend a significant amount of time here, which is why there’s a small bistro right at the entrance and a restaurant about halfway through the store. While the food wasn’t anything exceptional, it wasn’t bad either and was convenient to have.
Overall, it’s a fun experience to walk through, browse everything, and grab a bite along the way. The main downside is the pricing—most items, including the food, are on the steeper side.
We stopped by IKEA Jacksonville while we were in the area and ended up finding a floor lamp we loved right away. As always, IKEA is huge and fun to walk around, but it can definitely get tiring.
Taking a short break and enjoying a free coffee with my family membership honestly made my day. It’s one of those small touches that makes the whole experience feel rewarding — kind of like grabbing a hot dog at Costco after shopping or enjoying the food samples along the way. Simple, thoughtful, and very much appreciated.
Great showroom and unique items. Only challenges are the long walk forced through everything which takes a while including the huge warehouse areas. Prices are a bit inflated now as well and the loading area is self serve and no help.
