Do I need to make an appointment in order for someone to meet me here? Or are the hours that you claim you stay open until, blatantly false? This is the second time I have been to this store within the 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM window that they say they are open until, but with no employees or owner on site. The open sign is on and the lights are on, but the door is locked and I am out of a phone all weekend and now into the weekday. I was unable to drop it off Friday after 5 PM and again now Monday at 6:45 PM. And to make matters worse I have already put a down payment on my phone screen they are going to use in order to repair it, so I feel like I am stuck and can’t take my services elsewhere without losing my $100 screen I ordered and has already cleared from my bank. This is terrible and can’t be the norm if you are going to advertise later hours on Google maps and your door sign. Unacceptable

They fixed my phone recently after I had issues with the charging port and sim card. Happy to say that they were able to repair it, for a great price. The initial fix didn't work, but I left my phone with them and they called me the next day saying it was fixed. This was about three weeks ago and I have had no phone issues. I recommend!

Please stay away. Fixed my screen and it worked for about a week. They never answer the phone and are very rude. Super rude really. I should have trusted my gut and stayed away. Don't make the same mistake i did.

Dont go here ! They use cheap product and dont stand behind them.. I was charge 138$ for a garbage product !!! I had my screen replace here on Friday and the screen kept getting dimmer and I had to adjust it brighter and brighter. Then today Tuesday when I simply put my phone in my purse( which is in a case and has a screen projector on it) pulled out of my purse and the bottom of the screen was black. I took it back to the store and I was told its a pressure spot and the screen would continue to get blacker or blacker. All I was told was that they would replace it again and charge me again for it. They use a cheap products that don't last! Dont waste your money here ! Update went to another place to get the screen fixed AGAIN, they stated a piece of the old screen was left in to spot where the '' pressure spot was" and this is what caused it to go bad agian. What waste of time and money going to iFix.

Awful communication, poor customer service, shoddy work(glue on screen, screen cracked on the corner upon pick up after replacing said screen)
Just a tip- maybe stop giving people specific times when it will be ready, maybe start saying it could take any where from an hour to a week or longer, also warn people you will not be calling with any vital updates or pertinent information regarding their electronics they've left with you. Stop telling people you will call at all unless it is ready. Just trash service. Not worth the time, effort or stress.
