Deciding on a company for as big and as expensive of a project as this was, was certainly a daunting task. However I met with about 6 or 7 different companies and when their guy Roger met with me, I felt extremely comfortable. I felt that he was genuine and super knowledgeable and educated me. Everything he emphasized during his sales visit was completely followed through by the installation team and everyone up until the very end. Just such a wonderful and helpful team from beginning to end, sales to operations to installation. I had the pleasure of having Merrick (sp?) and his team at my house for 2 weeks. They installed every door and window with care. They took their time and really showed a passion behind what they do. They even remembered my son was turning 1 and brought him a balloon and small gift which just made me super emotional! A big construction project, especially with 2 little ones under 4, is never easy, but I believe these guys made it as easy as it could be. My family and I are extremely satisfied with the investment we made and our decision to go with High End Impact Windows & Doors. I HIGHLY recommend them!

HighEnd Windows and Doors did an outstanding job installing the hurricane Impact windows and sliders in our condo. We can't thank them enough for their patience as we had to postpone the installation due to unexpected building construction. Throughout the more than a year wait, HighEnd (Rod) kept in regular communication with us and once the building allowed us to move forward with the installation, HighEnd scheduled us immediately. The installation team led by Marek was on-time and did great work. They were thorough, explained the entire process, and cleaned up throughout. If you need new windows and doors, you can't go wrong with HighEnd Windows and Doors!!!

Stop your searching…this company is the BEST!! We got a quote from them in 2023 and weren’t ready to move forward at that time so contacted them the following year to schedule for 2025 and not only was the estimate they gave us almost 2 years prior still good, they had all the same people working in the office and they have a dedicated installation team, no subcontractors (!!). Their employees must be happy working there because you can tell they’ve worked together for years. Once our job was scheduled one of members of the installation team had to recover from an injury so our job got pushed back. we weren’t in a huge rush so the delay wasn’t an imposition and Rod made sure to stay in touch and keep us updated. As for the actual installation and work they did (including communication with our condo mgmt company and pulling all permits), we couldn’t be happier. I highly, highly recommend High Impact. It was really a seamless experience and for something that is such a big job and costly, we couldn’t have been happier. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend!
