We had hurricane rated impact windows installed throughout our condo complex here in Broward Florida, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently.

The crew was punctual, respectful of residents, and kept the property clean and organized during installation. Communication was clear the whole way through, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. The quality of the workmanship really shows and the windows look fantastic and have already made a noticeable difference.

This team delivered exactly what they promised. I would highly recommend them to any condo association or homeowner looking for a reliable, top-notch impact window installer.

One of the main reasons we went with Assured was because the salesman Anthony was much more knowledgeable than the other companies we interviewed. They were not pushy, explained all the differences between the products, showed samples of different brands and found the right fit for us. I was worried taking on a large project like this, but Im so glad I found this company and the end result is perfect. We mainly wanted impact windows for the insurance savings, noise reduction, and added protection/security.

The office staff, especially Tina, were so helpful during the process answering all my questions about timelines and approvals. Installers were respectful and clean, and the inspection took place about a week after installation and the inspector mentioned the great quality of the work done. Highly highly recommend.

Stay away from this company! From May 2025 to January 2026 my hurricane windows are NOT done. The claim that my original windows leaked before replacement is FALSE. I owned this unit for over 12 years with NO leaks prior to installation. The water intrusion started after the new windows were installed.

The company references “independent evaluations” but has never provided any such report to me or the HOA. My pre-installation mold inspection was clean. The project stretched from May 2025 into hurricane season, during which multiple leaks occurred, leading to leaks and mold. The mold report actually notes elevated moisture and recommends replacing drywall around the leaking windows.

While some caulking was applied, the company refused follow-up water intrusion testing and proper remediation, making a final inspection impossible.
I really want them to complete this project, water intrusion is conclusively resolved.

December 2025 The mold is not fixed causing my daughter major allergy. Here's a timeline of my nightmare. Aug 2024 - Contract Signed. May 2025 - Wrong windows came and 1st Unsuccessful installation. June 2025 - 2nd installation resulted in leaks. August 2025 - Assured came to fix leaks, unsuccessfully - See the LETTER. From August to October they came 3 times to fix the leaks, and every time, saying it's DONE. October 2025 - Confirmed MOLD due to water intrusion. November 2025 - they came again to fix leaks. Assured's owner told me to put something on the floor in case of rain - see attached text. Now they push me for inspection!!! without fixing the mold and testing if the leak was actually fixed.

August I ordered hurricane windows in August 2024, and installation began in May 2025. It was expected to take 2–3 days but lasted over a week because the windows arrived in the wrong size. They had to cut the frames on-site, creating so much dust that I had to move out with my child.
The windows were installed incorrectly with frames falling out, bent frames, gaps, and excessive caulking that caused air leaks. My AC bill nearly doubled. Their own engineer confirmed the improper installation and ordered to reinstall!
Now after reinstallation, the windows are leaking

A mold inspection confirmed Mold because of the leaks. When I emailed the report to Assured and that my daughter developed allergies they refused to come back, saying they would only return with an inspector.

The sales rep, Greg, was knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all our questions, the engineer ensured everything was perfectly measured and planned, and the installers were professional, efficient, and left our home spotless. I recently replaced a couple of windows and had a great experience with this company. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. The team was on time, knowledgeable, and did very clean work. The installation went smoothly and the windows look great. Pricing was fair and communication was excellent throughout the process.
