We had excellent service today by Vonte. He was so helpful in answering our questions. We had just replaced our pump and i could not figure out why it was not working correctly. I thought we were going to have to call the company we bought the pool from to come back and figure out the issue Vonte figured it out for us. I did not have strength to fully open our drains so the pump would run properly. He did that for us with a smile. Very happy customer.
I have used Happy Pool and Spa as a property manager since 2023 and would recommend them to anyone I work with. I started working with Ryan when it was JUST HIM and I was one of his first commercial accounts. He and his team are communicative, reliable, and really just want the best for your pool. Today was the first day I actually got to meet him and he’s very knowledgeable and very careful with everything he does for the pool and the filter area.
