A Reliable Pool Service

I had a new swimming pool built a few months ago and the pool came with a free month of service with A Reliable Pool Service. I have had pools bedore but never with the advanced technology that my pool came with so i welcomed A Reliable so i could learn how to care for the pool on my own. Well once the month expired and saw how professional and proficient my technician was i decided to continue service with them. My tech is amazing and every week when he is done servicing my pool i get an email with photos and a description of what was done to my pool. He is here every week on the same day and it takes the guess work out of if for me. I dont need to worry about storing chemicals or testing my water constantly, they do it all for me. Best of they are very reasonably priced. If anyone is looking for a great pool service i highly recommend A Reliable Pool Service. You wont be disappointed.

We had a different service for a little while and had continual issues. Once we switched we realized what good and reliable service looks like. Our pools look amazing! And we get notified when there is a problem, repairs are done quickly and at a good value.

We have used A Reliable Pool Service for I think about four years now and they are consistently wonderful. Our tech shows up every Friday morning and makes our pool look spotless. One of my favorite things is that when he is finished with each service, he sends an email that includes photos showing and naming everything he did that day, so even when we are on vacation, I have proof that they showed up and did a great job.

I also appreciate the level of professionalism of each person I've interacted with, including the owner, our tech, and the wonderful woman who answers the phones. When I've had questions, they've been quick to respond and offer any assistance possible. They intermittently send out helpful emails with pool tips (which was especially appreciated when we were new to the area and unsure how to prep our pool for our first hurricane). I also am thankful for how quiet our tech is. I work graveyard shifts and tend to fall asleep on the sofa and he doesn't wake me up when he works. That alone makes me love this company lol

A-Reliable Pools have done a great job with our weekly pool maintenance. Always thorough and our pool is always sparkling clean. A recent paver sealer project left our pool in bad shape and they responded quickly to clean and get everything in great shape. We highly recommend this company! Their prompt response and reassurance is comforting to a homeowner! Shout out to Antigone and Andre for all they do to make this company A-Reliable!!!

This company is truly people-first. I made the brilliant decision to pressure wash my pool deck the day before our regularly scheduled service day—and created a huge mess. Did I mention it was two days before Thanksgiving? Smh.

I called A Reliable Pool Service to give them a heads up about the situation. Our regular technician, Chris, arrived and let me know he was scheduled to leave for the holiday. My heart sank. But seeing my distress, he told me he had already arranged for two other technicians to step in and restore the pool.

A very kind technician, Tracy, showed up and immediately got to work. The next morning, Tim arrived with equipment to vacuum the pool floor. Long story short, this team saved our holiday from what could have been a disaster. They truly saved the day.

This is just one example of the outstanding customer service we’ve received from A Reliable Pool Service during the three years we’ve worked with them. Always helpful, always willing to put the customer first, and always—without exception—punctual and thorough. Honestly, they should be called A+ Reliable Pool Service.
