We have a family own transportation company and we wash our vehicles at go clean car wash on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee, Fla on a average of once a week. Not only are the prices good, Cameron(asst manager ) is also! Not only do he have a welcoming personality/spirit he even comes out and help with the vacuuming.
Cleans your car. Sometimes it’s inoperable and I wish there was a sign by the road to say that. There’s a free vacuum there and purchasing gas with a car wash will take a few cents off each gallon.
I went through the car wash today around 12:30 -1. I purchased the car wash code with the gas. After entering my code, I went through the car wash. The wash was not turned on properly and I had suds remaining on my car, that dried! The car wash was TURNED OFF while going through!! Meaning, I had to circle around and get out the car to get the attention of the attendants to allow me back through the gate. Most of the vaccums are broken or have poor suction. Whenever I purchase gas at the pump and purchase a car wash, the receipt never prints and has to be obtained from the clerk. They are always out of air fresheners. I was just considering membership here, but after today I will take my money elsewhere. I would say to avoid this wash and go to one of the other two car washes less than a mile away on the same road! Also, they cracked my windshield with the metal brush!
I love this site. I don’t understand why we even have any negative reviews. For instance, the one review that complained about not being able to park in a certain parking spot. That is funny as hell because there’s more than five parking spots on this site. I think this customer only wanted to park behind the gas station, but what she failed to realize is that they are starting to do a detailing service in the back of the gas station and that’s where the detailing parking spots are located. There are plenty of parking spots on the side of the gas station so park there and stop complaining. As far as canceling memberships, you need to go talk to them because they’re outside working and can’t always be in the office answering phone calls. I know this because I had a very similar issue and I realize that just talking to an employee solved all my problems. This is the only Car Wash in Tallahassee that offers the service that they offer. These employees care about the customers and I noticed that and these employees care about how your car looks when it comes out. The company is owned by an older couple that’s based in Alabama and I had the honor of meeting them. I would take advantage of their detail services and I think the prices are $30 for a single detail and they do have a membership that was around $45 a month so check it out.
Best car wash in town. They prep your vehicle both front and back. The car wash itself does a fantastic job of washing the back of my wife's SUV and my tailgate. In other car washes, this is sorely missed. Also, my tires stay glossy for days after like it's been detailed. We both have the monthly membership and if you wash at least twice a month then you are in getting more than your money's worth. Thank you for being simple, convenient and professional.
