This company takes no responsibility for their mistakes. We ordered windows and Carlos Caballero changed our order, by modifying the size of our sliding glass doors without our knowledge thinking he would save us money but instead caused a huge problem. We have had these windows in our garage unable to install for over a year. Our sliding glass doors have three sliders, and he took it upon himself to make it so the middle door is the only one that opens and the one on the left and the one on the right does not. We did not request this change and would never ask for this! They never communicated to us or anybody about this change causing issues with our install. The windows have been sitting because they will not provide a solution. Even when trying to order and replace the incorrect sized windows, they want to charge us more than they originally charged us for a new sliding glass doors. We’ve been asking to speak to management/owner for over two months and nobody responds. Very neglectful and not responsive to our situation because they know they made a huge mistake. Do not use this company! They will not take care of you and we've spent thousands of dollars on doors we can't install. Sad world.

These windows are the best; they gave my house a spectacular look. They have any type of window you want to shape your house.
