I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I really appreciate the no haggle quote I got from Alex. Can’t say the same for a few other companies I called prior. The quoted price was fair and honest. I really appreciate the recommendations that were provided to me, and I absolutely loved looking at videos on your YouTube channel that helped me make a better informed decision. The product is beautiful and so far works like a charm.

I went with a combination of sliders for most of the main windows and casement for the smaller windows to avoid having a piece of metal obscure the smaller windows. I went with frosted doors for the front to provide privacy and clear doors for the backyard. They both let in so much light. I went with the color bronze, exact color that was with my previous window, I also went with a gray tint, and a thicker glass than normal. The thickest available for residential. Helps with the sounds from traffic and airplane noises in my neighborhood.

I would like to point out that the workers were all amazing and did a wonderful job and also cleaned up after themselves, but one worker in particular stood out because he was meticulous and really did a great job and strived for excellence and his name was Eduardo. If you have the pleasure of having Eduardo work on your project you will understand exactly what I mean. He does amazing work!

Calleja Impaact Windows and Doors recently replaced our french style patio door. We were very pleased with the initial contact to final product, installation and assistance with inspection. Alex from the sales team was very patient and professional explaining each step and phase. Upon any questions I had they were easy to reach and very responsive to my concerns. A special thank you to Liliam for always keeping me updated and helping me obtain all warranty related documents for my records.
The day of installation, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything fit perfectly before they left. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and luckily my installation area did not require a lot of moving or preparation ahead of time.
The city inspection went well and passed on the first attempt. The new doors look great, and fit perfectly...We love them!
Our family will definitely use them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone needing door or window work.
