Jesus and his team were amazing. We have been having issues with our well system for a while, never knowing what’s really the problem. Other companies would come out and just put bandaids on the problems that would quickly break again without hearing our concerns. Galan was quick to respond, assess and complete the needed work. They knew the root of the problem and were honest and transparent about it. They installed a new submersible pump, pressure tank and more that we were originally told by other companies “were fine.”
Galan arrived exactly when they said they would to do the work. No hesitations, no questions or concerns. This company saved us from a headache we have had for almost 2 years. Our water is crystal clear and has no smell. Their expertise and professionalism should be noted. They didn’t include random charges to steal your money, they are honest and fair.

Jesus was incredible he kept me appraised during the whole process and helped me make an educated selection after seeing what the conditions and volume of the well were. My only source of water is my well. The well has been acting up the past few weeks. This is the first time it completely shut off in years.

I called Galan where the gentleman I spoke to stated there was $175 diagnostic fee that would be deducted from the repair. The man stated someone would be arriving within forty-five minutes.

The serviceman arrived promptly only to point out I needed the pressure gauge, electrical switch and bladder replaced . I was advised it would run$1600.

Although $1600 is a lot of money, that’s cheaper than resetting the well. That was my main concern.

The serviceman was very nice, thorough and completed the job in a timely manner.

I now have a 62 gallon bladder instead of a 34 with a nice new pad. Very nice.
