We have had incredible experiences with Frank and his crew. They have been out to my house multiple times in the late hours of the evening to help fix my well system and I just had them replace my entire well and filtration system. They do a fantastic job and they're very polite, good ol' southern guys. Wouldn't trust anybody else!
Fantastic, quick, clean service. After the pump stopped working in the night, they came at 11pm and worked till 1am replacing our whole pump station with a commercial grade pump (Goulds).
Our in ground pump for our irrigation system needed repair. Charged $145. for trip fee then quoted a whole new system for $4500. Called company back a few times to inquire why I was not quoted just a repair cost, but could never get through! Phone goes to voice-mail which then tells you their mailbox us full. Another reputable company came out and had my system running in a few minutes! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SIMPLY COLLECTING TRIP FEES AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. STAY AWAY!!!

Original job was in fall of 2020 to reinstall a pump for our irrigation system. Service at the time was fine, though expensive. Our pump failed recently (one and a half years later) and company was difficult to get ahold of. We ultimately went with another company after we were stood up two consecutive days and Advanced Pump and Well quit answering or returning messages. Given that the pump was installed in 2020 it should have been under warranty from the manufacturer. However, upon removal of the pump which had an install date and handwritten date of 2020 we noticed that the serial number was from 2016 meaning it was outside the manufacturer warranty period. This is not what we were told we were purchasing and frankly was deceitful and unethical. We had to purchase an entire new pump with an install that required taking down our recently installed fence and garden. Sadly, I cannot recommend this company and encourage you to take your business elsewhere. If not, you will likely need to pay to have their work corrected.
I was unable to loosen the filter cartridge on my well and even broke the wrench.I reached out to Frank.He was very courteous and was able to fit me into his busy schedule.He also was very professional and took the time to give me tips on making this task easier.I was amazed by his expertise.He even gave me a replacement wrench! Kudos to Frank and his team!! I would definitely recommend them!!
