Great service, knowledgeable techs. I have had a few challenges after a resurfacing project completed by another company, Fratelli stepped up and addressed the issue, i also had them install a heater and pump pricing was competitive and installation process was smooth. Highly recommend for weekly service or big projects

They were so helpful!! They were responsive with reasonable prices, and went out of their way to help us get pool lights repaired even during the busy holiday season. Fratelli Pools service is remarkable. When we bought our home 3 years ago, we had little to no experience with owning a pool. Their premiere service takes care of absolutely everything, and we signed up for that. Not only have they kept our pool clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy at any given moment, but they have alerted us if the water level is low, and have given suggestions for updates to our pool along with price quotes. We've had them replace the pool filter once. Their prices are reasonable for all of the amazing work they do. And, if ever our primary pool service technician changed, they gave us a heads up of who our new service technician was. I especially appreciated their updates after each weekly service, complete with pictures and any recommendations (if needed). Customer service and support have always been wonderful, responsive, and supportive. Truly can't recommend them enough for the awesome service they provide!
