Robert at Florida Well Drilling was prompt and professional in visiting my home. We discussed a new deep well and he was very informative, explaining options clearly. He dug the well in a timely manner and I was very satisfied with his workmanship, professionalism, knowledge and competitive pricing. Highly recommended.
Florida Well drilling drilled my well 4 years ago and now the well is useless. When first called them I didnt know it was their well. Robert Alba looked at it and said that the pipe must have corroded. The other well company probably used an inferior product. No way to tell, but he could drill a new one for about $3,300 and then another $750 or so to cap the old one. I later found out that Florida well actually drilled the well! He was actually standing 20 feet from the one they drilled 4 years ago! I called him on it and he said there was nothing he could do. He said just sign the papers and her would drill a new well. NO CONCERN ABOUT THE ONE HE ALREADY DRILLED AND USED EITHER BAD CASING OR BAD DRILLING TECHNIQUE. I tried to talk to the owner, Frank Alba, He wont return my calls. What kind of business is this? Buyer beware! They dont care about their work and dont care about their customers. Call someone else, like East Coast well drillers. They put a five year warranty in writing and respect their customers and do quality work. DONT EXPECT FLORIDA WELL DRILLING TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! If something goes wrong it is your problem. Frank Alba doesnt answer the phone and he doesnt return calls. Robert Alba will be happy to drill you another well right next to the one he drilled just drilled a few years earlier. You should also note that Florida Well Drilling Inc. does work for Lifestyle Homes. They didnt help with the problem either. Florida Well Inc was their subcontractor. I hope the rest of my Lifestyle home doesnt fall apart. I only gave the one star rating because you had to in order to provide the rating on Florida Well Drilling. It should be zero stars.
Excellent and prompt service by Rosa the owner. Leo worked on the problem well head and finished the repair and within 2 hours it was up and running.
Very professional well drilling company! They do great work!
