If I could leave a zero I would but there is not that option. I made an appointment 2-3 weeks ago to have a one time Maintenance on my water treatment/softner system being I have used this company a couple years ago.
I did everything online after reading their options and decided to go with the one time maintenance, just to see if they were still as good as previously.
Got an email confirming the date and 9-9:30 time frame.
Then I was even sent an email rescheduling my maintenance request from 9-9:30 to 8-8:30.
I call in at about 9:30 due to no one showed and was told by the person on the phone that due to being a 1 time maintenance I was to be available 8-5pm. NO WHERE did it say 8-5 on the scheduled day. No text confirming this and did not say on website or in the 2 emails confirming appointment and their rescheduled email.
Very dissatisfied past customer. Very poor customer service and communication. Would not recommend this company.

I was recommended to use this company and was told I would not be disappointed. I am not, very prompt, professional, competitive prices, courteous. Half the problem in Florida is getting the estimate, then getting anyone to show up. They far exceeded my expectations, on time for the estimate, said what day for the install and completed. My well offered an additional problem and the next day it was resolved. You will not find a better well company to work with, I can attest to this, I am a contractor and work with alot of companies with many disappointments. Look no further. I am not!! I was without water. Drew came very quickly and fix the well. He was very good on price, very professional and can't say enough good about him and refer his company to anyone who is having issues with their water system.
