My electrical actuator for my pressure tank failed resulting in a no water situation on a weekend. I quickly made a call and the service technician was dispatched to my house within an hour. Within three hours of my initial call, the problem was diagnosed a new actuator switch was installed, and the problem was corrected. The tech also made several suggestions about how to improve the function of my pump. I’m very pleased. Spencer was well trained and offered great service.
This is the first time that we had the filters replaced for our under the kitchen sink osmosis system. As I didn’t know exactly the type of our system they were not able to give me an estimate. They said they will stop by. Turns out it’s a pretty standard system, I had myself one new filter and they had on site the others. They did the job, however their prices are way higher than we expected. They charged 150$ just for “stopping by” what they call a service call, and the job was a total of 600$! I called because they had good reviews, and they are supposed to be a family owned small business in North Port. We didn’t expect to be so overcharged…
Unfortunately, six days later one of the vertical containers burst while we were not home, causing water to leak into several areas, including under the island, along the baseboards, and into the pantry closets. We called right away, and although it took several visits and follow-up calls over the next six days to fully resolve the issue, they ultimately took responsibility. The technician and manager were both friendly and professional, and the problem has now been finally fixed.
