Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience
My experience with Florida Door and Supply was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Getting updates or clear answers was a challenge, and follow-ups often went unanswered.
The work itself did not meet expectations. The materials and installation quality were below what was promised, and details were overlooked. When issues were brought up, there was little urgency to correct them, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Deadlines were missed, and the lack of accountability made the entire process stressful. For a company in this industry, I expected much better organization, workmanship, and customer service.
I would not recommend Florida Door and Supply and suggest finding a more reliable and professional company.

I promptly got a call back from I a Randy.
Upon simply asking a few questions to get some clarity, I can tell he was extremely frustrated. Like if he was shocked I didn’t know everything he knew, and like he’s not in the business of sales and should be ready to explain things to people who have questions.
When I was trying to get him the dimensions on my exterior doors that I had written down, he must have been beat from having to do his job and answer a few questions I had, because he then told me, “let me just get you this price on the interior doors.” I asked him to wait, as I just got my dimensions pulled up. And read him off the size, and he said again, “I’m just going to get you the pricing for the interior and call you back” of course he never called back.
The accountant who answered the phone was sweet. But Randy seemed to be baffled I had questions and was not willing to put in the work, trying to make me seem like an idiot for not knowing everything he knew.
When I went in the reviews I can tell I was not the only one treated this way.
In the end, I called ABLE TRIM & DOOR, out of orange city, and they are very knowledgeable AND willing answer any questions you may have.

This particular location of one of Darden Restaurants is a gem, with a quiet indoor atmosphere coupled with a large outside bar. The food is excellent, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the result is a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Don't miss this place among several nearby choices on Speedway. You WILL be back!
Very BAD customer service!!!!!!!!!!! I called in I was not familiar with the terms he was using so I ask if he can explain in a different way he said since I don't understand THE terms HE WAS USING IT better if I shop at home depot or lowes.. are you serious how the hell are you still in business.. just purchased 18 units they all needed interior and exterior doors ur lost.. Home depot here I come..
