Used to be 5 stars but now only 3 since their prices have gone up over the years. They are almost the same price as home depot and some days even more expensive.

Great selection of new, factory blemished, and factory refurbished tools. Staff is always helpful and the stock is always rotating with new items so popping in when I am at the outlet mall is something I typically do to see what they have that is new or interesting. Great place to buy batteries too as they almost always have a sale on them. Never had an issue with the 10 or so refurbished tools or batteries I have purchased there. Worked with me on a product malfunction and got me a newer model for basically the same price. Great team!!
